Free Home Inspection

Calling all Agents, I know it's tough to recommend a home inspector that you've never used.  One of the things I'm doing is offering a free inspection for agents I've never worked with.  Not one where their is a actual client involved, but at a vacant listing of the agents choice. if you have a listing that I can do one at it would be great.  That way we can meet and you can see the quality of my work.  I am using Spectora for my inspection software.  It has some really cool features built in for the agent, including the ability for you, the agent to create a request for repairs/seller credit report with pictures and amounts right from the inspection report.  Please let me know if you have a listing that you would like me to do.  Robert
